One Day, Two Oral Arguments

On February 7, 2019 Attorney Jeremy Pratt had two oral arguments before the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. For a period of time the oral arguments can he heard here. The oral arguments were the result of briefs that Attorneys Ellen Simmons and Jeremy Pratt submitted several months ago. After the oral arguments the Maine Supreme Judicial Court considers the cases and will eventually make a decision. There is no set time for a decision but Pratt & Simmons has found the majority of cases are decided in 2 to 3 months but sometimes it is longer and sometimes it is shorter.
